Knapp Island (Shin Mei Spiritual Centre)
Shin Mei Spiritual Centre is located on 30 acres on Knapp Island near the Saanich Peninsula. Here you can experience personal renewal, meditation, prayer and Forest Bathing. There is a Shinto shrine, Buddhist meditation centre and stupa along with 2 miles of forest paths for walking prayer and meditation.

There is no fee to visit (charitable donations are appreciated).
