Sea Star EcoCruising is a non-profit society.

Once you are a Sea Star Member, you can book a tour, charter or the water taxi, and gain access to the Piers Island Shuttle service by purchasing one of our many pre-sale pass options by May 31, 2024.

Sea Star Members may choose to purchase one or multiple of the pre-sale Pass Packages (below) which are ONLY available between April 6 - May 31, 2024 and are valid June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. We have aimed to offer Sea Star Members a per-ticket cost savings, as well as a potential savings on tours and water taxis.

A minimum purchase of 1 pre-sale pass is required to use the scheduled Piers Island Shuttle service. If you do not purchase any pre-sale punchcards or Pass Packages, you will be unable to use the scheduled Piers Island Shuttle service, though you can still book a water taxi, tour or charter. After the purchase of a minimum of one punch pass, you can choose to pay-as-you-go.

The Piers Island Route may only be accessed by Sea Star Members who are Piers Islanders and their guests. Guests of Sea Star Members must identify themselves with the valid Member's name and lot #.

Guests (including trades) must either have a Sea Star Member's punch pass in-hand or may purchase single-tickets online by identifying the Sea Star Member.

Sea Star EcoCruising Society is supported by volunteerism, donations, special events, and by voting and non-voting members. Only titled owners on Piers Island are entitled to be voting Sea Star Members. All other Members are non-voting.

All Members and their Guests must comply with public health and safety rules and Sea Star Policies. Our Skippers have the authority to refuse service to anyone for reasons of safety, behaviour, or non-membership.

Memberships are available until May 31st, 2024 and are non-transferable. Physical proof-of-Membership and punch passes will be distributed.
